Cookie & Local-Storage Notice

TUG doesn't use traditional advertising cookies. To run the game and understand how it's used, we rely on your browser's local storage and on PostHog.

Strictly necessary — always on

Runs the game: your random ID, your side per rivalry, day/streak markers, and cached game state so the app loads instantly. Cloudflare may set essential security/bot-protection cookies. Block these and TUG won't work.

Analytics — PostHog (consent required in EEA/UK)

Measures usage — clicks, page views, coarse geo, side picked — keyed to your random ID. Session replay is currently turned off. In the EEA/UK, analytics load only after you agree. Elsewhere they may load by default; you can still opt out.

Advertising — none today

No ad cookies or trackers now. If we add rewarded ads, we'll update this notice and ask for consent before any of that runs.

How to control it

Change your choice anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) as an analytics opt-out signal. Clearing your browser's site data removes all keys (you'll get a fresh random ID next visit).
